Standard License

1. Introduction

This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“the Licensee”) and The Creative Supply Co. (“the Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download, access, or use our products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, The Creative Supply Co. grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased mockup files (the “Assets”) under the following conditions:

3. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may use the Assets for:

• Personal Projects: Unlimited use for non-commercial work.

• Client Projects: Use in client work such as branding, web design, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Social Media & Web Use: Display on websites, social platforms, and portfolios.

• Video Content & Presentations: Inclusion in pitch decks, showreels, and educational content.

• Print Materials: Use in brochures, posters, and marketing materials with a production limit of 5,000 units.

• Digital Impressions: Up to 50,000 impressions for digital advertisements, campaigns, or websites.

4. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets in their original form or as standalone templates.

• Use the Assets as part of print-on-demand products, merchandise, or resale items where the mockup itself carries value.

• Share the Assets with third parties, including clients, in a way that allows direct access to editable files.

• Use the Assets in a way that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, remain the sole property of The Creative Supply Co. This Agreement grants usage rights only — ownership is not transferred.

6. Payment and Delivery

• The Licensee must pay the full purchase price before receiving access to the Assets.

• Upon payment, the Licensee will receive a download link or access to their purchased files.

7. Refunds and Support

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if the Licensee encounters a technical issue, The Creative Supply Co. will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

Support requests can be submitted to hello@thecreativesupply.com within 14 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Creative Supply Co. makes every effort to ensure its products are error-free and compatible with standard software. However, we are not responsible for:

• Software incompatibility issues.

• Loss of profits, data, or business arising from product use.

• Any claims resulting from misuse or misapplication of the Assets.

The Creative Supply Co.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Termination of License

This license will be terminated immediately if the Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined in this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Assets and delete any copies in their possession.

10. Amendments

The Creative Supply Co. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
