Think of it like buying a professional tool. You own the work you create with it. You just can't give away or resell the tool itself.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

This licence is granted to a single individual ("the Licensee"). One licence equals one person. You may install the product on multiple devices you personally own and operate (e.g. your work computer and home computer), but the licence may not be shared with colleagues, subcontractors, or other individuals.

2. PERMITTED USE

Under this licence, you are permitted to:

a) Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

b) Modify, adapt, and customise the product for use in your own projects and client deliverables.

c) Create derivative works (rendered output, videos, presentations, animations) and sell, distribute, or publish those works without restriction.

d) Use the product in work produced for clients, provided the source files are not transferred to the client.

e) Charge any fee you choose for work produced using the product and retain all revenue.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Under this licence, you may not:

a) Redistribute, share, sublicense, or resell the product source files in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

b) Make the product available on any file-sharing platform, template marketplace, or public repository.

c) Share the product with team members, colleagues, contractors, or any other individual. Each user requires their own licence.

d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any script or software product.

e) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, licence information, or credits embedded in the product source files.

f) Use the product in any way that competes with or replicates the product itself.

4. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products remain the intellectual property of The Creative Supply Co. Your purchase grants a licence to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, code, design, or structure.

You retain full ownership of all original work you create using our products. The rendered output, animations, charts, presentations, and other deliverables you produce are entirely yours.

5. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:

a) Technical defect: The product contains a verifiable bug or defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

b) Compatibility failure: The product does not work with the software version listed in the product requirements, despite correct installation.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, failure to read the product description or requirements, or dissatisfaction with creative style. We provide detailed previews, demo videos, and comprehensive feature lists on every product page — please review these before purchasing.

Upon a successful refund, your licence is immediately terminated and you must delete all copies of the product.

6. UPDATES & SUPPORT

Your purchase includes free updates to the product for as long as they are made available. We are under no obligation to provide updates indefinitely, and future compatibility with new software versions is not guaranteed, though we will endeavour to maintain compatibility where reasonably possible.

Email support is included for installation and technical issues. Support does not extend to general training, custom modifications, or third-party integrations.

7. TEAM & MULTI-USER LICENSING

If your studio or organisation requires licences for multiple users, please get in touch. We offer volume discounts for teams:

2–5 users: 10% off per licence

6–10 users: 15% off per licence

11+ users: 20% off per licence

8. TERMINATION

This licence is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate your licence immediately if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies from your systems. Work already produced and delivered to clients prior to termination is not affected.

9. WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Creative Supply Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. GENERAL TERMS

This licence agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Creative Supply Co regarding the use of our products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can I use your products for client work?

A: Absolutely. You can use our products for unlimited client projects and charge whatever you like. You just can't hand over the source files to clients — only the rendered output.

Q: Can I install on multiple computers?

A: Yes, as long as they're all your own computers. Installing on your work machine and home machine is fine. You just can't share with other people.

Q: Can my studio share one licence?

A: No, each person who uses the product needs their own licence. Get in touch for team pricing — we offer discounts for multiple seats.

Q: Do I own the work I create?

A: Yes, 100%. Everything you produce using our products — charts, animations, brand materials, videos — belongs entirely to you.

Q: Can I modify the templates and scripts?

A: You can modify templates freely for your projects. Scripts are proprietary and cannot be modified, but the output they generate is yours to customise however you wish.

Q: What happens if After Effects updates break a script?

A: We'll do our best to update for compatibility, but we can't guarantee ongoing support for every future software version. Major updates are typically addressed promptly.

Q: What's your refund policy?

A: 14-day refund for verified technical defects or compatibility failures only. We don't offer refunds for change of mind — please review previews and requirements before purchasing.
