granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use

This license permits:

UNLIMITED CLIENT PROJECTS

• Create customised brand deliverables for unlimited clients and projects.

• No per-project fees. No restrictions on project quantity.

COMMERCIAL USE

• Charge clients for work created using this system.

• Keep 100% of your project fees.

• Include in agency service offerings.

• Use for personal or business brand launches.

MODIFICATIONS

• Customize, edit, and modify templates for your projects.

• Change colors, fonts, layouts, content, and animations.

• Adapt to client needs and brand requirements.

RENDERED OUTPUT

• Sell, distribute, or license the final rendered videos you create.

• Post on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

• Include in client deliverables and presentations.

BUSINESS SERVICES

• Offer brand guidelines creation as a productized service.

• Build brand launch packages using this system.

• Include in design agency offerings.

This license does NOT permit:

TEMPLATE RESALE

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source template

• files (.aep files) in their original or modified form.

FILE SHARING

• You may not share the After Effects project files, toolkit script,

• or source assets with others, even if modified.

TEMPLATE MARKETPLACES

• You may not upload the templates to marketplaces, template libraries,

• or file-sharing platforms (VideoHive, MotionArray, etc.).

COMPETITOR PRODUCTS

• You may not use this system to create competing template products.

TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT

• You may not falsely claim creation of this system or misrepresent

• its origin. Attribution not required, but misrepresentation prohibited.

CLARIFICATION: You CAN sell the final rendered videos you create to

unlimited clients. You CANNOT sell the source template files themselves.

This license is granted to a single user (individual or business entity).

PERMITTED:

• Install on your personal computers (home + office)

• Use as sole freelancer or studio owner

• Create work for clients as the licensed operator

NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT TEAM LICENSE:

• Share files with team members

• Install on multiple team members' computers

• Allow employees to independently use the system

TEAM/STUDIO LICENSE: Contact us for multi-user licensing if you need

multiple team members to access and use the source files simultaneously.

The script is provided as-is. We strive for compatibility but cannot

guarantee functionality with all After Effects versions or system

configurations.

All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with The Creative Supply Co. This license grants usage rights, not ownership.

You own the rights to:

• Your customizations and client-specific content

• The commercial work you produce using the system

We retain rights to:

• The original template structure and design

• The toolkit script and its functionality

• The mockup compositions and assets

UPDATES:

• Free updates and improvements to the Product

• Bug fixes and compatibility updates

• Additional assets when available (e.g., new mockups)

• Toolkit script enhancements

Updates are provided at our discretion. No guarantee of specific

features or update frequency.

SUPPORT:

• Email support for technical issues

• Documentation and setup assistance

• Reasonable troubleshooting help

Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours.

Response time typically within 24-48 hours.

VALID REFUND REASONS (Within 14 days of purchase):

TECHNICAL DEFECTS

• Files are corrupted or won't open

• Toolkit script doesn't function as described

• Major compatibility issues with supported AE versions (CC 2020+)

• Missing files or incomplete download

MISREPRESENTATION

• Product fundamentally different from description

• Advertised features don't exist or don't work

• False claims in marketing materials

UNRESOLVABLE ISSUES

• We cannot resolve a legitimate technical problem

• Product is unusable for documented technical reasons

• Support attempts have failed to fix valid issues

REFUNDS WILL BE DENIED FOR:

BUYER'S REMORSE

• Changed your mind after purchase

• Decided you don't need it anymore

• Found a different solution

• "Not what I expected" when product matches description

COMPATIBILITY MISUNDERSTANDING

• Purchased without checking system requirements

• Your AE version is older than CC 2020 (stated requirement)

• Don't have After Effects installed

• Expected it to work in different software (Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)

SKILL LEVEL ISSUES

• Requires more After Effects knowledge than you possess

• Too complex for your skill level

• Didn't watch tutorials or read documentation

• Learning curve steeper than anticipated

ALREADY USED COMMERCIALLY

• Downloaded and used in client projects

• Rendered and delivered work to clients

• Extracted assets for other projects

• Generated revenue using the Product

ABUSE PREVENTION

• Second purchase after previous refund

• Suspicious refund pattern or history

• Evidence of file sharing or unauthorized distribution

• Attempting to use refund as "free rental"

REFUND PROCESS:

To request a refund, email hello@thecreativesupply.com within 14 days with:

• Your order number

• Specific technical issue (with screenshots if applicable)

• Your After Effects version and operating system

• Steps you've already tried to resolve the issue

We will:

1. Attempt to resolve technical issues first through support

2. Provide troubleshooting assistance

3. Process refund only if issue meets valid refund criteria above

4. Require confirmation that all files have been deleted

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

files can be copied, extracted, and used indefinitely. We trust our

customers but must protect against refund abuse.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Adobe After Effects CC 2020 or newer (required)

• MacOS or Windows operating system

• Sufficient RAM and processing power for After Effects

• Basic to intermediate After Effects knowledge recommended

We commit to resolving reported issues when technically possible and within our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Client project failures, disputes, or losses

• Data loss, corruption, or system damage

• Missed deadlines or project delays

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

• Third-party claims related to your use of the Product

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your work and projects

• Testing the Product before using on paid client work

• Meeting your own client commitments and deadlines

• Your business relationships, contracts, and deliverables

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Name/Studio Name] from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising

from:

• Your use or misuse of the Product

• Your violation of this license agreement

• Your client relationships or project deliverables

• Any content you create using the Product

• Claims by your clients or third parties

This license is perpetual but may be terminated if you:

• Violate any license restrictions (Section 2)

• Engage in unauthorized distribution or file sharing

• Misrepresent the Product's origin or your rights

• Use the Product for illegal purposes

Upon termination, you must:

• Cease all use of the Product immediately

• Delete all downloaded files and copies

• Destroy any backups or archived versions

• Confirm deletion in writing if requested

EXCEPTION: Work already delivered to clients prior to termination remains validly licensed. Termination is not retroactive to completed client projects.

We reserve the right to modify this license agreement for future versions or products.

IMPORTANT: You are licensed under the version of this agreement that was in effect at the time of your purchase. License modifications do not apply retroactively to existing customers unless legally required.

We will notify customers of significant license changes via email when reasonable.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between parties 2. Mediation if negotiation fails 3. Binding arbitration or the courts of England and Wales By purchasing, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any legal proceedings.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Creative Supply Co. regarding the Product.

This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the Product.

No modification to this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing

and signed by both parties.
